This Privacy Policy describes how Brandon Anthony Clark LLC, DBA ICON Marketing Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit brandonanthonyclark.com, lifeinsurancesellingsecrets.com, the3moves.com, or any other website operated by us (collectively, the "Sites"), engage with us via direct message on Facebook, Instagram, or SMS, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). We share hashed contact information (email, phone) with Meta and Google to create custom audiences for advertising, including for retargeting and lookalike audience creation. This data is hashed before transmission per industry standards.

c) Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, users, or others.

d) Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
